      2. use of or reliance upon any information or content available through the Service;
      3. infection by any computer virus which occurs as a result of accessing or using the Service or any of the content contained in an email sent by the Service;
      4. any damage to your personal computer, software or related equipment and facilities as a result of accessing the Service.
    6. Subject to law, the State Transit does not accept any responsibility, or owe any duty of care, to any person acting, or refraining from acting, as a result of information available through the Service.
    7. We may suspend, terminate or limit your access to the Service at any time in our absolute discretion.
    8. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
    9. If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that will not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
