Sydney Olympic Park Wharf temporary closure.

From Wednesday 14 January until approximately early April 2015, Sydney Olympic Park Wharf will be closed. Customers who normally use this wharf can use the nearby Armory Wharf at Newington as an alternative travel option.

This arrangement will result in the following changes:

    • Weekdays F3 Parramatta River ferry services that start and finish from either Parramatta or Rydalmere can use Armory Wharf instead of Sydney Olympic Park Wharf
    • Weekday and weekend night time F3 ferry services that normally start or finish at Sydney Olympic Park Wharf will now start or finish at Meadowbank during the closure
    • On weekends throughout the day (up until 8pm), F3 Parramatta River ferry services will operate to Armory Wharf instead of at Sydney Olympic Park Wharf.

Customers will  be able to catch the existing Route 526 bus service between Sydney Olympic Park Wharf and Strathfield Station to travel to and from the city. Additional 526 services will be provided Monday to Saturday evenings during the upgrade.

A temporary Route 527 bus service will operate between Olympic Park Wharf and Armory Wharf via Newington Shops to connect with ferry services during morning and afternoon peak hours.

A temporary Route 528 bus service will operate hourly between Armory Wharf and Sydney Olympic Park train station via Newington shops to connect with ferry services. Services will operate during the off peak between approximately 9am and 3pm on weekdays and between approximately 8am and  7.40pm on weekends.

Customers can plan their trip by visiting transportnsw.info or by calling 131 500 for details.
