Lost property enquiries
Lost Property items left on board our services are kept for a limited time at our bus depots (and at ferry wharves for our Stockton ferry service)

Transport Shops
Transport for NSW operate four CBD Transport Shops at the following locations.
- Circular Quay – Alfred Street
- Wynyard – Carrington Street
- Queen Victoria Building – York Street
- Railway Square – George Street
All of the Transport Shops have a range of timetable and service information brochures, and can provide the best way for you to travel across our network.
Insurance claims
If you witness an accident involving a State Transit vehicle, or if you are involved in one yourself, please call Transport Info on 131500 for advice.

Reporting vandalism and graffiti
We encourage you to report matters such as vandalism, graffiti, unattended baggage or suspicious activity.
Call the Police Assistance Line (PAL) on 131 444 to report a crime. If it is an emergency, call 000 immediately.
State Transit operates from over 10,000 bus stops throughout its Sydney and Newcastle networks. To report vandalism, call 131500, or visit transportnsw.info to provide details. If possible, please provide the bus stop number shown at the stop to enable us to accurately locate the stop affected.
Additionally, graffiti onboard our buses, ferries, bus stops and wharves can be reported to the NSW Graffiti Hotline on 1800 707 125.

To advertise on State Transit buses in Sydney and Newcastle, please contact APN Outdoor on (02) 8569 3000.
Advertising on bus shelters is usually managed by street furniture contractors on behalf of the relevant local government, The majority of shelters in the Sydney Buses operating area are maintained by Adshel and JCDecaux .
